Rest 100% sure that I will make sure everything works out! Whether we have to reschedule, move our shoot indoors somewhere, shoot in the rain with an umbrella, I promise that you will be happy with your photos in the end, so no need to stress it!

If this is a big worry, I recommend that we book your session during the months of October - May. These months have a lower chance of rain. We can also set a contigency plan. Like taking photos in your home, in a local café or shop (with permission).

As we get closer to your date, if there's a really high chance of storms in a large area or a hurricane, we can make the call early on to reschedule to another available date of mine. Otherwise, if it's spotty off & on rain, I say we play it by ear and try to go ahead with it!

I understand that life happens. Reschedules will be handled on a case by case basis and dependent on my availability.

If you want to cancel without rescheduling or no show our session, no refunds will be given.

I require 50% of your package total to secure your date and the remaining 50% one month before your date for weddings or one week before your date for sessions.

For weddings and events: within 2 months of your wedding day

For all other sessions: within 2 weeks of your session date

All of your photos can be easily downloaded to your computer. From there, feel free to send them to print, forward to friends and family, and post online!

Download links expire after 60 days, so please make sure to back up your photos before then!

I include any and all of the photos that I think you would want in your gallery as part of your package at no additional cost.

My job is to go through the photos and remove the repeats, blurry, eyes closed images so that you don't have to. Please trust that I want you to have the very best of the best :)

At this time, I don't deliver RAW or unedited photos.

I do all that I can to make sure this doesn't happen beforehand by making sure we're on the same page, and it works! If you are choosing a location you love, clothes that make you feel your best, educating yourself on what to expect through my FAQs and viewing my blog posts under "stories", taking advantage of my resources such as the style, location, and wedding guides I send out, then you should have a very clear idea of what you can expect with your photos.

If I have delivered what we agreed upon and you don't like the final outcome, there is nothing that can be done outside of my professional photography services.

That's 1000% okay!! I've worked with couples at ALL experience levels and know exactly how to get you to look and feel like the best version of yourself​. Please know that pretty much every couple that I've photographed had the same fears you do, they all did amazing, and you will too!

The work that you see on my website, Instagram and Facebook is reflective of my signature editing style that you will see in your own gallery.

I offer very basic retouching. This means that I don't alter anything about your body in editing other than non-permanent things like teeth whitening, bruises, blemishes, etc.

Any edits aside from these would be considered very complex edits and could be discussed for additional fees.

I pride myself on knowing when to be proactive and when to be passive on wedding days. I don't take over total control OR sit back and do nothing. My involvement falls somewhere in between.

I know exactly when to step in and guide the way and when to step back and capture the moments as they unfold.

Once you book with me, I'll send over your location & style guide with all the details you'll need to make decisions you'll love!

This has never happened to me and I hope that it never will. There would have to be something completely out of my control for this to happen (act of God, hospitalization, death) but I always have a plan for any "what if's". I have a network of other local photographers I've worked with in the past who I would trust to take my place and deliver the same quality of professionalism and care.

They would then transfer the photos to me, where I would back them up myself, edit them in my style, and deliver the final images to you through my online gallery service.
